The Goodwin Board of Directors and executive team have had their first inspection of stage 2 of The Central this morning.
They all braved the frigid, rainy conditions to have a tour of the building site and everyone was impressed with the progress and quality of the build.
The final stage of The Central will include 57 secure, light-filled apartments and eight two-storey townhouses, plus other amenities including a croquet green, to add to the 70 pre-existing apartments and Lifestyle Clubhouse. It is one of few retirement options available in the burgeoning, family-oriented Gungahlin area so interest has been strong.
