Home Care

Our Home Care Carers help clients with tasks in their homes and out in the community, following a ‘do with’ rather than ‘do for’ mentality. They help seniors to live in their own homes for longer, allowing clients to stay independent and spend more time doing the things they love.

Duties can include:

  • Domestic help, such as vacuuming, cleaning, making the beds and cooking meals
  • Offering companionship by going for a walk together or having lunch
  • Transport, such as driving a client to a doctor’s appointment
  • Personal care, including showering, dressing and general hygiene
  • Basic medical assistance, such as wound care and administering medications

Residential Care

Our Residential Care Carers support our residents in one of our four residential aged care facilities. They help residents live comfortably, and they form genuine connections that bring happiness to both residents and carers.

Duties can include:

  • General cleaning, such as tidying rooms or making beds
  • Assisting residents with meal times
  • Personal care, including showering, dressing and general hygiene
  • Basic medical assistance, such as wound care and administering medications
  • Responding to resident requests with kindness and compassion
