It was an evening to remember on Friday, 24 August 2018, as residents of The Central by Goodwin hosted seniors to a Happy Hour. The event was open for all to come and mingle over drinks and nibbles, and get insights on what it means to live an active, independent lifestyle at our retirement village. Over 130 seniors from across Canberra turned up for the event, contributing to an electrifying atmosphere and a great vibe. Later, Erik Boddeus, Executive Manager Retirement Living, conducted an engaging presentation to take the guests through the floorplans and various facilities offered at the village.
A senior who attended the event with his wife and friends, said, “Visiting The Central today has changed my perception of retirement villages”.
