Today we officially launched the Goodwin Training Centre in Crace. It was wonderful to welcome our partners and executives to tour the new space and see first-hand how we are investing in the future of our staff.
Centralising our training allows us to do more than ever before. From organisational compliance to hands-on clinical skills, this space is designed to empower our team. Our clinical teams are particularly excited to start working with ‘Mrs Smith’, our new training dummy who will help us facilitate realistic, hands-on simulation training.
A huge thank you to everyone who joined us today to mark this special occasion. We can't wait to see our staff thriving in this new environment!
