Code of Conduct

Goodwin is proud to be one of the first in the industry to comply with the Retirement Living Code of Conduct.

Developed by peak bodies Retirement Living Council (RLC) and Leading Aged Services Australia (LASA), the Code of Conduct is designed to help current and future residents living at retirement villages to understand complex information about retirement living, their rights and responsibilities, and to outline a formal process of complaints.

From an organisational perspective, it allows us to formally communicate our commitment to transparency, accountability, and continual improvement.

We’ve fine-tuned our policies and procedures to make sure they’re more strongly focused on our residents.
