  • Activities Officer

    Role (Purpose of Position)

    Goodwin employs Activities Officer to provide Goodwin residents a program of activities and events to ensure our residents have access to the support and services they require to maintain an active and healthy lifestyle through the promotion and provision of leisure and health activities.


  • Personal Carer

    Role (Purpose of Position)

    Goodwin employs Personal Carers to provide Goodwin community clients with personal care and assistance as they need for them to remain independent in their own homes. Personal Care workers are part of a team who perform domestic duties, personal care, transport and support tasks to ensure clients receive services and support to maintain a safe, dignified, high quality of life. Personal Carers work at a designated location, but may be relocated to another location as organisational and client needs change. 

     


  • Nurses - Community

    Role (Purpose of Position)

    Goodwin employs Registered and Endorsed Enrolled Nurses to provide clinical care to clients in their own homes, assisting with the administration and provision of medications, wound management, dementia support and other clinical services.


  • Team Leader

    Role (Purpose of Position)

    Goodwin employs Team Leaders to provide support and direct care employees in the delivery of care and support to residents. Team Leaders are the primary point of contact for employees, residents, health professionals and other service providers and visitors to the facility. Team Leaders ensure residents receive the appropriate level of care required to maintain quality lives. 


  • Administration Assistant

    Role (Purpose of Position)

    Goodwin employs Adminstration Assistants to provide excellent customer service to residents, families and employees. The Adminstration Assistants are responsible for operating our front reception area, associated client services, rostering and payroll services.

    The Administration Assistant works closely with the Care Management Team to deliver these services wtih a high level of customer service.


  • Carer

    Role (Purpose of Position)

    Goodwin employs Carers to provide Goodwin residents with personal care and assistance as they require. Care workers are part of a team who perform personal care and support tasks to ensure residents receive services and support to maintain a safe, dignified, high quality of life.

    Care workers are known as "Multi-skilled" and may work across care and support streams including care, activities, catering, cleaning or laundry. Care workers may work in any and all streams. Care Workers work at a designated residential aged care facility, but may be relocated to another facility as organisational and resident needs change.


  • Clinical Nurse

    Role (Purpose of Position)

    • Goodwin employs Clinical Nurses (as well as Care Managers, Assitant Care Managers) to provide clinical support to residents in aged care facilities.
    • Clinical Nurses work in conjunction with the Care Management team to ensure services delivered meet the legislated standards and organisational policies.
    • Clinical Nurses ensure residents receive appropriate level of clinical care support services to maintain quality of life.
    • Clinical Nurses provide input into the resident's management of care, assessments, care planning and case management reviews for residents.
    • Clinical Nurses are located at a designated facility, but may be relocated as organisational and resident needs change.
