Geoff Knuckey,
Chair of the Board of Directors

Geoff has been on the Board since 1997. He has extensive qualifications as a chartered accountant and company auditor and holds numerous board and school positions.
Liesel Wett,
Vice Chair
Liesel has extensive experience in health services and operations and is a professional member of several reputable organisations. She has been on the Board since February 2009.
Brian Acworth AM,

Brian has a long history of success in finance with 45 years at Westpac bank. He was also awarded an Order of Australia for his contribution to community and business development. Brian has been on the Board since October 2008.
Trevor Boucher AO,
Director

Trevor offers a distinguished record of public and community service through leadership and advisory roles along with many years of business and commercial experience. He has been a board member since 2011.
Maureen Cane,
Director

Maureen's career includes over 15 years in senior management positions in the Australian and ACT Public Service. Maureen was named the 2011 Canberra Citizen of the Year and has been on the Board since July 2008.
Terry Chamberlain,
Director

Terry is one of Canberra's most experienced and skilled lawyers with over forty year's experience of the territory's political, legal and industrial environment. He has been on the Board since November 2009.
David Harper OAM,
Director

David has been on the Board since 1988 and 11 years of that time was spent as the Chairman. He is a lawyer by profession and was awarded the Order of Australia in 1999 for services to the legal profession.
Maria Storti,
Director

Maria has held various relevant senior management roles across the private and public sector including health, higher education, agriculture and transport portfolios. Maria is a past winner of the Telstra Business Woman's Award and has been on the Board since 2011.
Paul Taylor,
Director

Paul has over 35 years experience in Government specialising in the management of assets, budgets, contract negotiation, and customer service. He has been a Board member since August 2008.
