Goodwin maintains a Register of Interest list of people interested in purchasing an Independent Living villa or apartment from Goodwin. If you are ready to move in now, speak to our Sales Office to get started.
Property allocation is based on the date your registered your interest. For example, if you are interested in purchasing the same property as another person (which does happen) but you registered a day before the other person, then you are allocated the property because you have been on the list longer.
Being registered also means you are regularly updated on available property and news at Goodwin.
Applications for joining this register must complete a simple application form and pay a non-refundable administration fee of $100. Application forms can be downloaded from the linkage provided or you can collect a form from our Sales Office. Once the form is complete and we have received the fee you will be added to the list.
