(1) Team Leader / EEN
EEN Team leaders ensure residents receive the appropriate level of care required to maintain quality lives. After hours/ weekends, they are the person in charge and support /direct all employees working in the Facility.

(2) Quality Officer
The Quality Officer is a member of the Quality Directorate team that monitors and reports on organisational governance and service quality for all Goodwin operations. They support the Quality Manager in ensuring all Goodwin departments have effective policies and procedures to enable the operations of the business to meet legislated and regulatory requirements, and Goodwin standards. The Quality Officer will provide advice, implementation and monitoring of Goodwin’s quality systems to ensure they are operating as required.
